BHQ (Building HQ) is an operations management system for building service contractors: the commercial cleaning, maintenance, and facility service companies that keep buildings running. It covers customers and their accounts and locations, agreements, tickets, work orders, service logs, the workforce that does the work, and supply requests with fulfillment tracking, with a mobile app for staff in the field.
BHQ has been built in-house at Wheelhouz since 2025.
Text messaging. BHQ sends one transactional text message when an employer's administrator invites an employee to the employer's BHQ account: the message carries a one-time sign-in link and nothing else. The administrator confirms the employee's consent at the point the number is entered. No marketing is sent, and recipients can reply STOP at any time. Details are in our messaging policy. Discount Hunt for Shopify
Treasure-hunt promotions inside a Shopify store.
Discount Hunt turns a Shopify storefront into a treasure hunt. Merchants hide discount codes across product pages, visitors browse to find them, and the store gains page views, time on site, and email sign-ups along the way. Seasonal campaigns cover Easter, Mother's Day, Halloween, and the holidays.
Discount Hunt joined Wheelhouz in December 2024.
